The company introduces advanced pipe production lines from German Battenfeld Company and Korea Linguang， domestic and foreign precision pipe injection molding machines and thousands of casing pipe plastic injection molds from Canada HUSKY， Taichung Jingji， Haitian and the like， thereby providing customers with PE water supply pipes and tubes with a variety of specifications， PE gas pipes， tubes， PP-R hot and cold water pipes and pipe fittings， and the annual output is up to 20，000 tons. Quality management of the company is operated in strict accordance with ISO9001-2000 standard quality management system， and has achieved national and international peer recognition. Meanwhile， the company was evaluated as "special equipment operator examination mechanism (polyethylene (PE) pipe welder test organization) by the State General Administration of Quality Supervision， Inspection and Quarantine. Chemical Building Material Test Center lab is equipped with equipment and facilities with world advanced level， long and short-term， high temperature and room temperature static hydrostatic pressure tests can be carried out on multiple groups of samples simultaneously; it exclusively introduces cold and thermal cycling test equipment to ensure that the quality of hot and cold water pipe systems meets the requirements. Other world-class testing equipment including tensile testing machine， melt index apparatus， differential scanning calorimetry， ring stiffness test machine， pendulum impact equipment and the like ensure that high-quality pipe and tube products can meet requirements of GB15558.1-2003 and GB/T13663-2000 and corresponding international standards.
