Sichuan Yibin PUSH Auto Parts Co.， Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wuliangye PUSH Group. The company invested 200 million yuan for the first phase to build automobile engine crankshaft production line with annual capacity of 200，000 in 2007. The product line gradually forms mass production capacity in 2008 to provide high quality automobile engine crankshaft products for domestic and foreign automobile engine manufacturers.
Company crankshaft production line is designed according to rapid and flexible batch production concepts， and the whole process of the production line uses a large number of CNC machine tools and CNC machining centers. The key process uses high-speed external milling of Germany Boehringer， five-axis oil hole machining center of Germany Boehringer， automatic crankshaft round corner rolling straightening machine of Germany Hogan Seth， automatic balancing weight removing machine of Germany Schenk， and efficient servo crank grinder of German Junker. The production line has stronger adaptability on variety transformation of crankshafts with rapid and flexible batch production ability and reliable quality assurance capacity. Product quality testing and monitoring adopt crankshaft camshaft integrated detector of United States ADCOLE， surface roughness profilometer of United Kingdom Taylor Hopson， Zeiss CMM， fatigue testing machine and other equipment with quality testing and accurate determination. The grinding process procedures of the production line， and axial and radial size control completely adopt Germany Marposs meter for on-line monitoring， process quality inspection adopts electro-pneumatic instrument， and all important test data enter SPC station management with stable and reliable quality control.
Market positioning of our product is based on light vehicle engine crankshaft 4JB1， 4JA1， DK4， etc. with development direction of saloon car engine crankshafts higher than 1.6 liter. The production line of the company has the production ability of 3-cylinder， 4-cylinder and V6 engine crankshafts with the processing length within 750MM. Currently， the demand of company sales market exceeds supply， our products concretely comprise: Mianyang Xinchen DK4， 4A15 and 4G24 engine crankshafts， BYD 483QB and 473QB engine crankshafts， Jiangxi Isuzu 493 crankshaft; Beiqi Foton EQ486 engine crankshaft; Hunan Changfeng Power 4G18 crankshaft; FAW Sihuan 493 crankshafts and the like.
Technological innovation projects include the followings: development of Mianyang Xinchen 4RB3， 4G24， 2TZ， 4A15 and D25 crank new products; Beiqi Foton EQ486 crankshaft; Hunan Changfeng Power 4G18 crankshaft; FAW Car Company V6 crankshaft; Chery Automobile V6 crankshaft; BYD Automobile 483QB crankshaft and 473QB crankshaft. Particularly the successful trial production of V6 crankshaft enables our products to become ‘No. 1 in China’ on the market. Engine crankshafts of two V6 medium and high-grade cars with delivery capacity 2.5L and 3.0L for the first time in China rolled off the production line in July of 2009， and all technical performance indicators of the product meet the design requirements according to rigorous testing. Successful trial production of V6 crankshafts fills in Chinese gap for producing and manufacturing high-performance engine crankshafts， the product quality level is equivalent to similar foreign imported products according to product physical inspection and testing， and engine bed test， which only lays foundation for equipped production of high-grade car engines of our company， but also makes contribution to speeding up the localization of Chinese V6 engines， which indicates that production and manufacture equipment level of Chinese auto parts has scaled into a new height.
The company will rely on resource advantage of Wuliangye PUSH Group to strengthen internal management and new product development， the recent development plan is divided into three steps:
Step 1: to focus on crankshaft product production and management， thereby realizing the ability of producing and selling 300，000 crankshafts within 3 years， and becoming a new strength recruit in the country"s crankshaft industry;
Step 2: To search for business opportunities， merge and integrate crankshaft industry enterprises， and to strive to enter the first three places in the industry within three years.
Step 3: To invest for developing engine connecting rods， intake manifold， cylinder and other engine-related products on the basis of crankshaft based products， thereby enabling the company to become an auto part company on real sense. The company sales value will reach over 500 million yuan， and profit tax of 40.00 million at the end of the "Twelfth Five-year Plan".
